What is proposed

To redevelop the southern portion of Eastgate Square into a mixed-use, transit-orientated community. A total of ten new development blocks are proposed with bldg heights between 3-42 storeys, with approx. 5,162 residential units and 3,481 parking spaces

To develop 2 residential towers at heights of 18 and 20 storeys, with a total of 404 residential units.

To develop a 20-storey tower with approximately 240 residential units, and 1,138 m2 of ground floor non-residential floor area.

To develop 3 towers of 16, 18, and 20 storeys, with 605 residential units and 1,899 m2 of ground floor non-residential floor space.

To facilitate a mixed-use development made up of 18 blocks containing 4,325 dwelling units, 9,270 m2 of retail space, 1,056 m2 of office space, a transit terminal, and a public park.

To construct 50 three-storey multiple dwellings which would be accessed from a new private road connecting to the new proposed east-west public road. Parking would be accommodated in one level of underground parking.

To construct 2 residential towers (20 storeys) atop a two-storey podium with a total of 493 residential units and a ground floor HSR bus terminal (8 bays).

To construct 54 three-storey multiple dwellings which would be accessed from a new private road connecting to the new proposed east-west public road. Parking would be accommodated in one level of underground parking.
