What is proposed

To change zoning in order to permit 10 back-to-back townhouse units (maisonettes) with a reduced separation distance between exterior building walls containing a habitable window and a reduced parking rate for Townhouse and Multiple Dwelling units.

To develop 10 additional maisonette townhouse units within an existing residential condominium development. The proposed development would use the existing roadway for access and could use existing parking spaces on the site.

To establish a Site-Specific Policy Area to permit a minimum net residential density of 39 units per hectare within the Medium Density Residential category of the Neighbourhoods designation to permit 10 back-to-back townhouse units (maisonettes).
